Check which account you are viewing before investigating a missing balance, order or subaccount control.
Find the subaccount information
In Exchange, open the profile menu. The Subscription Account section contains subaccount asset information. It is separate from the AI Trading subscription settings; changing an AI Trading plan is a different action.
Check the account shown on the page
Compare the displayed account name or identifier with the subaccount you intend to inspect. Then check the selected asset, wallet or market and any date or status filters. Recheck the account when moving between account information, the wallet and the trading terminal.
Match the balance or order to its record
For a balance question, compare the relevant asset and available amount with its transaction record. For an order, use the market, order ID and status in the same account context. A record missing from the current view does not prove the operation was never submitted. Check the original operation before repeating it.
If the subaccount or action is unavailable
Read the exact message and note which account is currently displayed. If you cannot find the intended subaccount, or the action you need is absent or fails, contact support with those details. Explain whether you were trying to open the subaccount, view assets, find an order or perform another action.
Do not move funds or submit another order merely to make a balance or record appear in the current view. First establish which account and operation you are checking.
What to send support
Main-account and affected subaccount identifiers, the page and action, asset or market, order/transaction reference, time and timezone, and the exact error. If an identifier is not visible, say so. Hide unrelated account details in screenshots; never send passwords, 2FA codes, API keys or API secrets.
