Choose the record for the operation you need, then check its date range and details.
Open the matching history
Use Wallets → Transaction History for deposits, withdrawals and wallet movements. Use Orders or the terminal order tabs for trades. AI Trading → Transactions contains operations recorded in that workspace.
Find and check the record
Select the date range and available filters. Compare the asset, amount, time and status. Open the details where available and keep the operation ID, order ID or blockchain TXID that applies.
Use Account Statement for account records
Open Account Statement in Wallets. Review the records and options provided there. If an export control is available, check its selected period before saving the file; available formats and history periods depend on the product.
A wallet movement and a trade are different events. An internal transfer may have an operation ID without a blockchain TXID.
