Use the support form to request a registered-email change, close an account or ask about a deceased account holder.
Start with one support request
Open the official TRAIEX support form. Choose a subject that identifies the request and provide the account identifier, such as UID or registered email, when known. Explain the situation briefly and use a contact address where you can receive the team’s reply.
Changing the registered email
State that you want to change the email associated with the account. Explain whether you can still sign in and whether you can access the current registered mailbox. The team will explain the applicable verification and next steps; do not send passwords or mailbox access codes in the request.
Requesting account closure
State clearly that you are requesting account closure. Mention any balance or pending activity you can see so the team can review the account’s current situation. Submitting the request does not confirm that the account has already been closed; follow the team’s instructions and check the confirmed outcome.
Asking about a deceased account holder
Use your own contact details and explain that the request concerns a deceased account holder. Provide the account identifier if you know it and describe your connection to the request. The team will determine the procedure and ask for the necessary evidence through the official channel. Do not use or send the account holder’s passwords or authentication codes.
Continue the same request
Keep the ticket reference and reply in the same conversation when the team asks for information. If you cannot locate the account or a requested record, explain what is missing. The checks and resulting action depend on the request; do not treat an initial reply as confirmation that a change or transfer has been completed.
Never send a password, one-time code, authenticator recovery key, wallet recovery phrase or private key. Supply documents only through the official support process when the team requests them.
What to send support
Request type, account UID or registered email when known, an accessible contact email, a brief description and any relevant operation reference. Do not include unrelated financial or identity documents in the initial message.
