A market or asset is no longer available

Check the exact market and current product conditions before placing another order or moving the asset.

1

Identify what is unavailable

Record the asset, pair, product and the action you were trying to use. A missing trading pair, a rejected order and an unavailable deposit or withdrawal route are different issues. Check the selected market and filters first; availability in one part of the platform does not establish availability in every other part.

2

Read the current notice or error

Review the message shown for the affected market or asset. If there is a notice about maintenance, restriction or delisting, check which product and actions it covers and any dates it actually states. Keep the notice reference rather than applying an old announcement or another exchange’s rules.

3

Check existing orders, positions and balances

Open the relevant order, position and wallet records. Check their actual status rather than assuming that a missing market automatically cancelled an order, closed a position, converted an asset or released funds. If the result is unclear, contact support with the affected record before repeating an action.

4

Check a transfer route separately

Before depositing or withdrawing, open the current wallet form for that asset and network. Check whether the route is offered and read the displayed requirements. Do not send to a previously saved deposit address simply because it worked when the market was available.

5

Ask about the specific unresolved action

If the notice does not explain what you need to do, tell support the exact asset, market, action and current balance or order status. Ask which supported options apply to that operation. Keep any follow-up in the same ticket so the current notice and records remain together.

Before you continue

Trading, deposit and withdrawal availability may differ. This article does not establish a universal delisting deadline, forced conversion, automatic sale or disposal policy; follow the current TRAIEX notice for the affected asset.

What to send support

Asset and pair, Spot/Futures or other affected product, notice/error, time and timezone, relevant order/position/transaction ID and a screenshot with unrelated personal details hidden.
