Executed trades and the remaining order quantity must be checked separately.
Read the filled quantity
Check the order and trade history. A partial fill means some quantity has already traded and the rest may still be open.
Cancel only what remains
Use Cancel if offered. Cancellation does not reverse completed fills. Check the resulting state because another fill may occur before cancellation completes.
If the result is unclear
Refresh the record and check the available balance before retrying. If the interface and history disagree, contact support with both records.
Do not place a full replacement order until you know how much of the original order executed.
What to send support
Order ID, pair, requested and filled quantities, current status, cancellation time and error if any.
