A limit order is an instruction at your chosen price, not a guaranteed immediate trade.
Open the order record
Check the pair, Buy or Sell, limit price, quantity and current status in the order list.
Check the market and fills
A trade requires matching liquidity at an eligible price. A chart touching your price does not prove your entire order could fill; check the filled quantity in the order record.
Choose the next action
If you want to change the order, use the controls offered for its unfilled part and review the confirmation. Check the final state before placing a replacement.
A limit price does not guarantee execution. Switching to another order type changes how price and execution work.
What to send support
Order ID, pair, side, order type, price, requested and filled quantities, and placement time.
