A Futures Grid bot is idle, has stopped or shows an unexpected result

Check the bot status, related orders and Futures position before restarting or moving funds. Stop leaves an open position in place.

1

If there are no new trades

Compare the market price with the configured range and inspect open orders and fills. An active bot does not mean every level will trade. Read any balance, minimum-size or market message instead of changing settings blindly.

2

If you used Stop

Stop cancels the bot’s pending orders; any open Futures position remains open. Check the order records and manage that position separately in the terminal. It continues to carry market and liquidation risk; review its margin, leverage and applicable funding.

3

If the bot stopped unexpectedly

Record the stated reason and time. Review any configured stopping condition, order error and related position status. Check the actual orders and position before restarting; an unexpected stop needs its own cause checked.

4

If the result or available funds look wrong

Separate completed trades from open exposure and check trading fees, funding and margin. Read each displayed result label before treating it as available balance. Check the wallet and operation record after any stop or transfer; a remaining position may still use margin.

Before you continue

Stop does not close the remaining position. Review its status before restarting Grid or moving funds; do not assume stopping the bot made the account flat.
