My OTC quote expired or cannot be used

Check whether a trade was created before requesting another quote.

1

Check the existing operation first

If you pressed the confirmation control or the page stopped responding, look for the OTC operation and any related balance movement before retrying. An error on the page does not by itself prove that nothing was submitted.

2

If the quote expired before acceptance

Request a current quote using the available control. Read the new assets, amounts, rate and fees from the beginning: a refreshed quote can differ from the one you saw earlier. Use its displayed conditions rather than assuming the previous quote is still valid.

3

If the form cannot produce a quote

Check the selected assets, amount, input units, available balance and any requirements or error shown. Complete a requested account check through the official flow. Do not change to a different asset or amount only to bypass an error you do not understand.

4

If the problem continues

Keep the operation or quote reference if one is shown. Contact support with the error, time and the intended exchange. Explain whether the failure happened before a quote appeared, before confirmation or after you confirmed; these are different points in the process.

Before you continue

A new quote can have a different result. Do not repeatedly confirm while the outcome of an earlier attempt is unclear.

What to send support

Assets, intended amount, time and timezone, quote/operation reference if available, error text and whether you had already confirmed. A screenshot should hide unrelated personal data and balances.
