Use the exact error to check the requirement that prevented your order from being accepted.
Read the selected market’s rules
Check minimum and maximum quantity or value, price and quantity increments, accepted units and market status. A value valid for one pair or contract may be invalid for another.
Check available funds and active restrictions
Compare the order’s requirements with the available balance, including funds already committed to open orders or positions. On Futures, also check the selected margin mode, leverage, risk limit and position settings.
Review the result before retrying
Check the order list and history before sending another request. If an error mentions a price restriction, request limit or protection rule, follow that message and adjust only the relevant parameter. If it remains unclear, preserve the error and contact support.
Do not repeatedly resend a rejected or uncertain request. An error in the interface does not establish that no order was created.
