Use the address book to select a destination and the optional whitelist to restrict withdrawals to trusted addresses.
Find your address book
Open the profile menu and Security, then the address-book controls available in your account. Review the saved destination before choosing it for a withdrawal. Follow the form offered if you need to add or update a record.
Verify the full destination
Compare the saved asset, network, complete address and required Memo/Tag with current receiving details. A label such as “my wallet” is only a label; it does not prove that the destination remains correct or that the receiver still accepts that network.
Check whether the whitelist is enabled
The withdrawal whitelist is optional: you choose whether to enable it. When enabled, it limits withdrawals to trusted addresses on the whitelist. Check its current state and whether the intended destination is included. Saving an address in the address book does not automatically enable the whitelist.
Check the final withdrawal form
After selecting a saved destination, verify the populated details, amount, fee and final amount to receive before confirming. If the receiving service has changed its deposit address or Memo/Tag, resolve that difference before sending.
If a record cannot be used
Capture the non-sensitive error text and check which asset/network you selected. Contact support if the saved record does not match the withdrawal form or the offered control is not working. Do not share security codes or authenticator setup details.
A trusted-address entry does not replace checking the asset, network and current receiving details. If a destination is blocked or unclear, check the whitelist settings and contact support before sending.
What to send support
The page and action, asset/network, error message and a screenshot with unrelated balances or personal information hidden.
