Act from a trusted device and keep the incident in the official support channel.
Secure access you still control
Open the platform directly from a trusted device. Review Security, active devices and recent activity. Change the password through the platform if access remains available; secure your email account too.
Record the unfamiliar activity
Note the operation IDs, times and statuses. If an unfamiliar session can be ended through Device Management, use that control. Do not interact with a person asking for codes or a transfer.
Contact support immediately
Choose Account & security and state that the activity is unauthorized. If you cannot sign in, use the portal contact form. Do not wait for a blockchain operation to complete before reporting it.
Do not transfer funds to a “safe wallet” proposed by someone contacting you. A support message cannot reverse an already completed blockchain transfer.
What to send support
What you did not authorize, first observed time, operation references and access you still control. Hide unrelated private details.
