An active strategy is not a promise of constant trading.
Check the strategy state
Confirm the correct account, Base or Pro mode, active subscription and strategy status. Read any notice shown in the control panel.
Check allocation and settings
Review allocated capital, available funds, pair and risk mode: Conservative, Balanced or Aggressive. A strategy may wait for its entry conditions.
If the balance fell, identify why:
- A user withdrawal reduced the Base balance below 100 USDT — Base and Pro stop opening new trades.
- A user withdrawal reduced the Pro balance below 100 USDT — Pro stops opening new trades; Base can continue if its own conditions remain satisfied.
- Trading results reduced the balance — falling below 100 USDT does not by itself stop trading. The bot stops opening new trades if its balance falls below 85 USDT.
These are stopping rules for already running Base and Pro strategies, not initial activation or top-up minimums. 85 USDT is a threshold for stopping new trades, not a guaranteed remaining balance.
Check the conditions for resuming
After an automatic balance-based stop, the bot resumes new trading when its balance reaches 100 USDT, the subscription is active and all applicable Base and Pro conditions are satisfied.
After a manual Stop, adding funds does not restart the strategy automatically: a manual Start is required. Do not infer the stop reason from the balance alone. What happens to existing orders and positions after Stop.
Report an explicit error
If there is an error or the displayed state conflicts with the activity record, contact support with the strategy reference. Repeatedly changing risk or restarting does not diagnose the cause.
No fixed trading frequency or positive result is guaranteed. Do not increase risk just to force activity.
What to send support
Strategy reference, mode, pair, allocation, risk setting, status, last activity time and any error.
