I stopped a strategy, but capital is still in use

Verify that the stop was applied

Open the strategy and confirm its current status. Check the stop request result rather than assuming the button click completed it.

Review existing orders and positions

Stop does not by itself cancel existing orders or close positions. The bot continues to manage them until completion. They may keep capital committed: displayed total capital is not necessarily withdrawable.

Through the terminal, you can manually cancel or modify orders and close positions. These are separate actions that Stop does not perform automatically. Manual trading on Base and Pro bot subaccounts is technically possible but not recommended: it can interfere with the bot.

Check the available withdrawal

Use the strategy withdrawal control to see what can be moved. A move to an available TRAIEX balance is separate from a blockchain withdrawal to an external wallet.

Resume according to the stop reason

After a manual Stop, a manual Start is required: adding funds does not by itself resume trading.

Automatic resumption applies only after a balance-based stop: the bot balance must reach 100 USDT, the subscription must be active and all applicable Base and Pro conditions must be satisfied. Stopping rules when the balance falls. Verify the actual status after restarting.
