The plan, trading capital and selected mode are separate settings.
Check the subscription record
Open AI Trading and check the active plan, payment result and expiry date. The current names are Trial, Lite, Growth, Prime, Advanced, Elite, Professional, Signature, Enterprise, Enterprise Pro, Executive and Institutional.
Check Base and Pro access
Trial and Lite provide Base access. Pro starts with Growth. The Pro allocation limit is calculated as a percentage of the subscription’s capital limit, not the Base balance or the amount currently allocated. On Growth, 30% of the 5,000 USDT subscription limit gives a maximum Pro allocation of 1,500 USDT. Check the limits and access displayed for your own plan.
Growth example: with 1,000 USDT in Base and 1,000 USDT in Pro, the entire Pro amount is within the 1,500 USDT limit when the other conditions are satisfied. The formula “Base × 30/70” does not apply to this limit. An eligible capital amount does not mean the entire allocation is continuously deployed in open trades.
Confirm the selected workspace
Make sure you are viewing the right account and Base or Pro mode. If the payment is complete but access is missing, contact support before purchasing again.

A subscription payment is separate from trading capital. Buying a plan does not by itself allocate funds to a strategy.
