Separate a trading fee from a withdrawal fee, network-related charge, conversion cost or third-party payment charge.
Use the operation record
For an order, compare executed price, filled quantity and fee asset. For a withdrawal, compare the confirmed fee and amount to be received for the chosen route.
Report a specific mismatch
If the charged amount does not match the confirmed conditions, share the operation reference and the two figures with support. Fees and limits are not universal across routes.
