TRAIEX supports standard ERC-20 smart-contract deposits. Check the supported token and network before sending.
Check the deposit route
Open the TRAIEX deposit form. Select the token and Ethereum network offered for it, then copy the current receiving details. Check the minimum amount and required confirmations.
Check the blockchain record
Find the transaction using its TXID in the Ethereum explorer. Check the transaction status and token transfers, including the token, recipient address and amount.
Check your TRAIEX history
Open the receiving wallet and transaction history for that asset. If the transfer meets the displayed requirements but is not credited, contact support.
A successful blockchain transaction does not by itself confirm that the deposit has been credited to TRAIEX.
What to send support
TXID, asset, network, amount, sending time and timezone, receiving address and a screenshot of the status. Hide unrelated personal information. Never send a recovery phrase, private key or authentication code.
