Use an available provider to sell crypto and receive fiat through the payout route offered for your region and currency.
Select the sale and available payout route
Open the available crypto-selling flow and select the cryptoasset, amount and fiat currency to receive. Review the providers and payout methods offered for your region. Card and bank payouts depend on the provider, currency and recipient requirements; availability of a crypto purchase route does not guarantee that the reverse sale is available.
Review the net amount and receiving details
Check the crypto amount you will spend, the exchange rate, all displayed charges and the net fiat amount to receive. Read the shown limits and payout conditions. Verify the recipient details required for the selected card or bank route and ensure they meet the provider’s rules before proceeding.
Follow the provider’s funding instructions
Complete the account and verification requirements shown for the sale. The flow may use available funds or provide instructions for delivering crypto. If a transfer is required, match the asset, network, full address and required Memo/Tag exactly. Use the reference or amount instructions provided for that operation; do not reuse another sale’s details.
Track the sale and the payout separately
Keep the provider’s sale reference and any related transaction ID or TXID. Crypto delivery, exchange, payout processing and crediting to a card or bank are different stages. Check which stage the provider has completed and compare it with the receiving payment account.
If the expected money is not visible
Review the provider status, payout currency and recipient details before retrying. Contact the provider through the official channel shown for the operation, or TRAIEX Support if you need help locating the relevant TRAIEX record. Provide the same sale reference so support can follow the original operation.
Payout to a different recipient
The selected provider’s terms determine whether fiat can be paid to another person’s card or bank account. Check the permitted beneficiary, name-matching and verification requirements for the specific payout route. If the intended recipient differs from the recipient requested or accepted in the flow, clarify eligibility with the provider before confirming the sale or sending crypto. Do not enter another person’s details as your own or assume that another provider’s rules apply.
A completed crypto transfer does not by itself mean the fiat payout has been credited. Do not send another crypto payment or submit the same sale again while the first result is unclear.
What to send support
Sale reference, provider, cryptoasset and amount, fiat currency and expected net payout, selected payout method, time and timezone, current stage/error and transaction ID/TXID when available. Hide unrelated account details; never send full card data, a private key, recovery phrase or one-time code.
