Compare the payment options offered for your region and currency, then check the complete quote before paying.
For a crypto purchase, use the selected payment provider’s quote: check the exchange rate, fees, minimum amount and expected crypto amount. The 2% fee for funding TRAIEX Card applies to a different transaction and does not determine the cost of this purchase.
Choose the purchase and offered provider
Open the available fiat-purchase flow in Buy/Sell Crypto. Select the payment currency, amount and cryptoasset you want to receive. TRAIEX works with multiple aggregators and payment providers; the options offered depend on your region, currency and transaction. A provider available to another customer may not be available for your purchase.
Compare the final result
For each available option, check the total fiat amount to pay, exchange rate, displayed fees, expected crypto amount and receiving destination. Check the amount limits and conditions shown for that quote. Compare the same currency, asset and purchase size across providers; a displayed rate alone does not show the complete cost.
Check the payment and verification requirements
Read the selected provider’s requirements for your payment method, account and verification. Enter accurate payer and receiving details in the official flow. Do not assume that a saved card, someone else’s payment method or a previously accepted purchase satisfies the current provider’s rules.
Complete the provider’s payment steps
Follow the instructions for the chosen purchase and review the final confirmation. If the flow gives you a receiving network, address or Memo/Tag to check, compare all those details before confirming. A quote or payment authorisation alone does not confirm that crypto has been delivered.
Keep the reference and check receipt
Save the provider’s purchase reference. Review its final status and the intended receiving wallet, then check the transaction in TRAIEX where applicable. If payment or delivery remains unclear, use that existing reference when contacting the provider or TRAIEX Support; do not start a second purchase to test the first.
Paying from another person’s card or account
Eligibility is determined by the selected payment provider’s terms. Before using a payment method held by someone else, check whether that provider accepts this arrangement and what payer-name and verification requirements apply to this purchase. If the payer details differ from the details requested in the flow, confirm the permitted procedure with the provider before paying. Do not assume that TRAIEX has a single permission or prohibition covering every provider.
Payment methods, conditions and processing differ between providers. Follow the instructions for the selected route, and enter card security codes or payment confirmations only in the official payment flow—not in support messages.
What to send support
Purchase reference, provider, currency and amount paid, cryptoasset and expected amount, payment time and timezone, current status/error and receiving destination when relevant. Use redacted payment evidence; do not send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.
