Review the receiving network, available balance and final amount before you confirm a withdrawal.
Get the receiving details first
Open the receiving service or self-custody wallet and obtain its supported network, address and required Memo/Tag. In TRAIEX, open the relevant wallet and select Withdraw. Select the same asset and a network supported by the recipient.
Check the available amount
Use the balance available for this operation. Funds committed to orders, positions, pending operations or AI Trading are not automatically available for withdrawal. Enter the amount and review any minimum, maximum or account restriction shown in the form.
Review the fee and amount to receive
Check the withdrawal fee and the final amount expected at the destination. Requirements can differ by asset, network and route. Read the confirmation rather than applying a previously used USDT minimum or fee to every withdrawal.
Confirm and follow the withdrawal record
Verify the complete destination and Memo/Tag, then complete the security checks requested on screen. Open the withdrawal record in Transaction History; a TXID becomes useful once the transfer is broadcast. For a personal wallet, check the same asset and network there.
Understand the processing stages
Withdrawals are processed automatically. A request may be routed for manual processing if screening through Chainalysis or Elliptic identifies elevated risk. After broadcast, arrival also depends on network confirmations and the receiving service.
Cancellation is available only through support and only while the current processing stage still allows it. If you need to cancel, contact support promptly with the withdrawal reference and status. Sending a request does not confirm cancellation; wait for the outcome before making another withdrawal.
What to send support
Withdrawal reference, TXID if available, asset, network, amount, time and timezone, destination details and the exact status or error. Do not include authentication codes.
