Use the Unified Futures Wallet

Check the wallet balance, available collateral and position margin as separate figures.

The Unified Futures Wallet brings your futures assets and trading activity into one wallet instead of separate wallets for individual contracts. A common wallet does not make every position use the same margin mode.

1

Locate the funds

Select the intended account and Futures Wallet. Confirm the asset balance and any transfer record before moving funds again. A balance in the Spot Wallet is a different balance.

2

Check the position’s margin mode

Cross uses shared available collateral. Isolated assigns margin to a particular position. The wallet balance and the amount assigned to an isolated position are different figures; review margin adjustments on that specific position.

3

Check usable collateral before ordering

Existing positions, open orders and collateral ratios affect what remains available. Check the contract’s settlement currency and accepted collateral in the current trading rules. A total wallet valuation is not a promise that the same amount is available for a new order.

Before continuing

If an order is rejected for insufficient margin, compare available funds, reserved amounts and the selected margin mode. Moving money between wallets does not itself close positions or cancel orders.

What to send support

Send the account or sub-account reference, contract, margin mode, asset, available balance and any relevant transfer or order ID.
