Where is my withdrawal?

Check whether your withdrawal is awaiting processing, broadcast to the network or waiting to be credited by the recipient.

1

Open the withdrawal record

Find the operation in Transaction History. Record the status, withdrawal reference, asset, network, amount and TXID when available. Check this existing request before submitting another withdrawal.

2

If the request is still being processed

Withdrawals are processed automatically. If screening through Chainalysis or Elliptic identifies elevated risk, the request may be routed for manual processing. Review time depends on the checks required; support may request additional information. A pending status alone does not tell you the cause, and there is no fixed completion time to apply to every request.

3

If a TXID is available

Check the transaction in the explorer for the selected network. If it is still awaiting confirmations, follow the network status. If it has the receiving service’s required confirmations but is not credited, check the recipient’s deposit rules, account history and required Memo/Tag.

4

If the record says failed or rejected

Read the exact error and check the available balance, asset, network, destination and current withdrawal requirements. Compare the withdrawal record with the wallet balance before retrying. If the reason or balance movement is unclear, ask support to check the original request.

5

If you need to cancel the withdrawal

Cancellation is available only through support and only if the current processing stage still permits it. Contact support promptly with the withdrawal reference and current status. A pending label does not guarantee that cancellation is possible. Wait for the confirmed outcome and check the withdrawal record before submitting a replacement.

Before you continue

Do not send a duplicate withdrawal while the first outcome is unclear. A withdrawal record and a blockchain transaction are different stages of the same operation.

What to send support

Withdrawal reference, status/error, TXID if available, asset, network, amount, time and timezone. If the receiving service has not credited a confirmed transfer, include its deposit requirements and the matching transaction.
